Use the current accommodation catalog for villa facts and the live website quote for stay-specific availability and pricing. These pages describe what the website and owner-managed public records currently say; they are not a reservation or a universal promise about AI assistants.
Authoritative public sources
The catalog lists the six villas currently present in the public property catalog. Fact pages show approved public property facts and owner-managed policy entries verbatim. Website quotes use current configured calculation rules and synchronized calendar data where available.
Request a stay quote
Use GET /api/public/quotes with the same query parameters as /stay-quote. The human-readable page uses the same quote calculation. Neither endpoint requires credentials. A quote is regenerated on every visit; it is not stored, does not hold inventory, and must be revalidated before payment.
Supply villa (catalog slug or property ID), checkin and checkout as YYYY-MM-DD, adults as a whole number, children as a whole number, and child_ages as comma-separated ages with one age per child. Supply pets as a whole number. For pets also provide eligibility facts: pet_type=dog, pet_size=small, pet_potty_trained=true, pet_puppy=false, and pet_rules_accepted=true as applicable. The user/customer must supply these facts; do not infer eligibility.
For example, append ?villa=monaco&checkin=YYYY-MM-DD&checkout=YYYY-MM-DD&adults=2&children=0&child_ages=&pets=0 to either GET endpoint with real future dates. Do not send personal guest information.
How to interpret the result
Possible statuses are quoted, confirmation_required, unavailable, invalid_input, pricing_unavailable, and rate_limited. A total is present only when the website can confirm it under the currently known policy and calendar conditions. Totals remain null when confirmation is required or pricing is unavailable. A calculated website subtotal is not an all-in confirmed total when mandatory fees or other policy details remain unknown.
When the quote is unavailable or uncertain, follow the returned booking link to arrange confirmation with the team or an external booking platform. Do not guess a rate from a starting price or from stale calendar data. The result is informational only and makes no reservation.
Freshness and limits
Calendar freshness and quote expiry are shown in each result. The quote reflects the current website calculation and synchronized calendar snapshot, not a provider checkout. External-channel prices on legacy booking pages may be estimates. Taxes, complete checkout costs, payment collection, cancellation terms, and an actual reservation are not established by a calendar quote unless the result explicitly confirms them.
Only published accommodation facts and owner-managed public policies are represented here. These sources can be incomplete or conflict with legacy calculation settings; ask the booking team when the result requests confirmation.
